1. Overview This website, amaroe.com (the "Site"), is operated by Harry Commercial LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company doing business as "Amaroe" ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We currently sell to customers in the United States only.

3. Products and pricing We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colors and details may vary slightly depending on your screen. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time without notice. We may correct errors in prices or descriptions, and we may cancel orders affected by an obvious error, with a full refund.

4. Orders We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or to be placed by resellers. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we will refund you in full.

5. Payment Payment is due when you place your order. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

7. Returns and refunds Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Use of the Site You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, or to copy, scrape, or reproduce its content without our written permission.

10. Reviews and submissions If you send us reviews, photos, comments, or other content, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display, and share that content in connection with our business. You confirm that your content is truthful and doesn't violate anyone's rights.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.
